Proposals without the BS
You’re sending proposals and demo links to prospects. Right now they’re getting a 200-character Google Docs URL that wraps across three lines in the email. And you have no idea if they ever opened it.
There’s a better way to share a link.
Links that look like you mean business
go.yourco.com/acme-proposal instead of docs.google.com/document/d/1a2b3c4d5e6f7g8h9i0j.... Your domain, your brand, zero friction. The link you send says something about how you work.
Know when they clicked
Check click analytics on any link. See when the prospect opened it, from which country, on which device. It’s not a read receipt - just a click counter on a link you shared. A reasonable amount of information to have.
Organize by deal
go.yourco.com/acme-proposal, go.yourco.com/acme-demo, go.yourco.com/acme-pricing. One link per asset. Tag them by stage - prospecting, demo, negotiation - and filter analytics to see what’s getting engagement across your pipeline.
Password-protect the sensitive stuff
Sharing pricing or a custom proposal? Add a password. The prospect enters it before they see the destination. Access control on a link should be a checkbox, not an add-on.
What we left out on purpose
We don’t integrate with your CRM. We don’t send automated follow-ups. There’s no “sales engagement platform” hiding inside.
A short link with click tracking is useful for sales. We don’t need to become Salesforce to deliver that.
