Roles
| Role | What they can do |
|---|---|
| Owner | Full control. Billing, delete workspace, everything. |
| Admin | Manage members, delete links, edit settings. |
| Editor | Create and edit links. Cannot delete. |
| Viewer | Read-only. Can see links and analytics. |
Invite a member
- Go to Team
- Enter their email and select a role
- Click Invite
They get an email with a link. Click it, sign up or log in, and they’re in.
Manage members
From the Team page you can:
- Change roles - promote an Editor to Admin, etc.
- Remove members - kicks them out immediately
Pending invites
Invites that haven’t been accepted yet show up on the Team page with a “Pending” badge. You can resend or revoke them.
Audit log
Every action is logged: link created, link deleted, member invited, role changed, domain added. The audit log shows who did what and when. Find it at the bottom of the Team page.
