Extra client workspaces on the Agency plan are $9.99/mo each.
Upgrade
Go to Settings > Subscription > Upgrade, pick your plan, enter payment details. You’re upgraded immediately.
Payment
All payments are handled by Stripe. Fully PCI compliant. We never see or store your card number.
Downgrade or cancel
Click Manage Subscription in Settings > Subscription. This opens the Stripe customer portal where you can:
- Switch to a lower plan
- Cancel your subscription
- Update payment method
If you downgrade, you keep your current plan until the end of the billing cycle.
What happens to paid features
When your subscription ends or is cancelled, paid features are automatically paused:
- Routing rules, A/B testing, and deep links pause - but your links keep redirecting to their primary target
- Integrations (GA4, Facebook Pixel, retargeting scripts) pause too
- All config is saved. Re-subscribe and it all comes back.
Workspace owners and admins receive an email notification explaining what was paused and how to restore it.
Usage tracking
Usage is tracked per workspace per month:
- Links created - counts toward your plan’s link limit
- Clicks recorded - counts toward your plan’s monthly click limit
Hit a limit? You’ll see a warning in the dashboard. Upgrade to keep going.
